Expand a network starting with an officer

get https://demo.api.regulationtechnologies.com/v1/networks/officers/{officer_number}

Returns all co-directors for a single officer. Results are ordered by companies alphabetically, then the searched for officer's appointment followed by any other appointments by recency.
